Let's take a video game that's inspired by Noir novels, graphic novels and movies and make it into…uh…a movie. OK. The novelty of MP was that you were thrust into a Noir movie environment. To turn that experience into a passive one (essentially watching Wahlberg play the game instead of you) seems kind of pointless.
