Maybe you should go back and watch his OTHER great films before Dark Knight. I imagine 1/100 of those who saw him in Dark Knight and loved his acting have seen his portrayal of Skip(dead on performance) in "Lords of Dogtown". OR maybe 1/1000 of DK watchers saw "I'm Not There", let alone understood it. OR maybe no one admits to watching his BEST performance in "Brokeback Mountain". The guy was amazing well before DK and I imagine with Terry Gilliam in charge it will be golden as well.
